Refund policy

At Delsatronics Technologies LLC, we strive to provide high-quality products and professional solutions. Due to the technical and customized nature of many UAV systems and components, the following Return & Refund Policy applies.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Standard products may be eligible for return within 15 days of delivery if:

  • The product is unused
  • The product remains in original condition
  • Original packaging is included
  • No modifications or damage are present

Returns require prior authorization from Delsatronics Technologies LLC.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable unless defective upon arrival:

  • Custom-built drone systems
  • Personalized integrations
  • Used products
  • Batteries
  • Special-order components
  • Software or firmware-related products
  • Products damaged by misuse or improper operation

3. Custom-Built Systems

Custom UAV platforms, integrated drone systems, and personalized configurations are non-refundable once production, assembly, or integration work has begun.

4. Return Authorization

Customers must contact Delsatronics Technologies LLC to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before returning any product.

Unauthorized returns may be refused.

5. Inspection & Approval

Returned products will be inspected upon receipt.

Refunds or replacements may be denied if:

  • Damage is present
  • Products show signs of use
  • Components are missing
  • Unauthorized modifications were performed

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 5 business days after inspection approval.

Shipping fees are generally non-refundable.

7. Damaged or Defective Products

Customers must report shipping damage or defects within 3 days of delivery.

We may request:

  • Photos
  • Videos
  • Serial numbers
  • Packaging information
  • Operational details

8. Warranty-Related Issues

Warranty claims are governed separately under the applicable Limited Warranty Policy.

9. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for:

  • Safe operation
  • Proper charging procedures
  • Compliance with operational guidelines
  • Proper storage and maintenance

Damage resulting from crashes, misuse, improper charging, unauthorized modifications, environmental exposure, or negligent operation is not eligible for refund.

10. Return Shipping

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Products must be packaged safely and in compliance with shipping regulations, especially for lithium batteries.
